Return and Refund Policies

We accept returns and exchanges 14 days after purchase as long as the product has not been worn, washed, stained or damaged. Proof of purchase will be required. Dressed with Grace reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is not compliant.

PROCEDURE

--Contact us for a refund or exchange request within 14 days of purchase.

--By self-service: Make a return request by email to info@vetuedegrace.ca mentioning your order number as well as the items to be returned or exchanged and any details that may facilitate the processing of your request.

Once the request is received, we will send you a link by email within 72 hours to complete the self-service questionnaire and thus proceed with the return via Canada Post free of charge. If possible, keep the original packaging.

Once the order is received and verified by our team, you will receive a refund notification or, if applicable, we will send you the exchanged product.

Promotional items and gift cards are not exchangeable or refundable.
